Alain Schmitz savoured his victory, yesterday afternoon, after the swording of judgement in the court of appeal of Paris.

She condemned his ancient employer, the ex-manager of the hypermarket Auchan Boissénart, in Cesson, for secretive job.

The sign used illegally this ancient adviser for sale in the ray wines from 2002 till 2005.

She made support her remuneration to suppliers thanks to fictitious benefits. Sometimes, some did not even have links with the wine.

The suppliers, they, submitted to requests of Auchan, fearing not being classified any more in its rays if they opposed to it.

After six years of procedure, the court of appeal confirms so the judgement returned by the court trying criminal cases of Melun in December, 2009.

She compels the ancient representative for the hypermarket to pay 9 870 € to Alain Schmitz, as damages, and 2 500 € for expenses of lawyer.

This decision also allows to Alain Schmitz to follow Auchan Boissénart in the conciliation board in industrial disputes.
